T&C Exemption Flight NAM Air

Herewith is conveyed to fully support government policy through regulation of The Minister of Transportation No. 25 of 2020 concerning Transportation control during the Idul Fitri 1441 H Mudik Season in order to prevent the spread of corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) referring to letter of concern Minister of Transportation No 4 of 2020 & SE No 32, 2020 concerning Operating Instructions for air transportation for implementing travel restrictions on people in the context of acceleration of the Management of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), which takes effect from May 8, 2020 to May 31, 2020.

The Exemption Flight requirements that you must provide based on letter No. 4 of 2020 & circular letter No. 32, 2020 by NAM Air passengers who will depart are as follows:

 

1. Passengers on Domestic Flights

A. Supporting Travel Documents from relevant agencies or bodies

a. Passenger shall bring a travel permit signed by the relevant official, official travel itinerary or travel permit from the passengers’ employer if the passenger works at a private institution, government, police, military, or state apparatus.

b. Hospital referral letter for passengers who are emergency patients that will be treated in another hospital.

c.  Death certificate of the deceased family member for passengers intending to visit the family.
 

B.  Statement Letter concerning the Control on the Spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia

Every passenger who has fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the above-mentioned Point 1 must fill the form which is available on this link.
 

C.  Health Certificate

For domestic flights to-and-from regions that have implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR/PSBB) or Red Zone, passengers are obligated to provide a health certificate in Bahasa Indonesia and English, stating a negative Covid-19 Rapid Test or negative PCR test result. The health certificate must be valid for a maximum of 7 days after being issued by the relevant health facility.
 

D. National Identity (KTP) or other valid identification cards

Passengers must bring copies of the necessary documents and identity card prior to arriving at the Airport and report to the Check-in Official.

 

2. Passengers on International Flights
 

A. International Flight Passengers travelling to Indonesia must have a Health Certificate in English, stating a negative Covid-19 PCR test result. The health certificate is valid for a maximum of 7 days after being issued by the health facility from the country of origin and shall be validated by the Port Health Authority at the port/airport / Land Border Port of Entry (PLBDN) upon arrival

B.  If the passengers only have a health certificate based on Rapid Test/ health certificate without COVID-19 details/not carrying a health certificate, thus, passengers would still be able to check-in. However, the passenger would need to conduct a Rapid Test in the arrival area.

C . National Identity (KTP) or Other valid identification cards: Passengers must bring copies of the necessary documents and identity card prior to arriving at the Airport and report to the Check-in Official.

 

3. Ensure Government Policies in the individual Countries prior to travelling

For passengers who will travel to areas affected by positive cases of COVID-19, the passengers must comply with the government regulation/policies of the respective regions or countries.
